I work from an integrative approach, using elements from different therapies, mainly "Cognitive-Behavioral" and "Acceptance and Commitment," to offer a psychological intervention that fits the type of difficulties, needs, and personality of each patient.
During the first and second sessions, I will ask you to tell me about your case and complete some questionnaires so that I can get a clear idea of your circumstances.
Once I know what is happening, I will explain in a clear and simple way which aspects seem to most affect the origin and maintenance of your problem, and we will agree on the therapeutic goals.
We will talk about intimate and difficult things in your life, as it is necessary to work first on what makes you feel bad, so that you can feel better.
We will often carry out activities in the consultation, but you will also need to commit to doing homework assignments to reinforce ideas.
